Most public forays occur in the Autumn when most fungi fruiting bodies appear.
These are usually programmed by the Llanelli Naturalists and West Wales Wildlife Trust and led by Dr. Philip Jones. Recently, the National Botanic Garden of Wales has also started autumnal walks onto its waxcap rich meadows.
Unless stated, all of these forays are suitable for non-experts.
This page will advertise all future public forays in the county.
